Healthy Conversations in the Community: Women’s Sexual and Reproductive Health

In partnership with the Association for Health and Solidarity of the Cape Verdean Diaspora (ASSDCV), AD SUMUS held another edition of “Healthy Conversations in the Community,” as part of the Chá, Café & Estórias initiative of the “Nha Codê” project.

The session, led by Dr. Liliana, a healthcare professional and member of ASSDCV, provided a safe space for addressing questions and clarifying doubts. Topics covered included STIs (Sexually Transmitted Infections), screenings, and prevention methods.

At the end of the session, contraceptive protection kits were distributed, emphasizing the importance of prevention.

We thank ASSDCV for the path we are walking together, promoting health and ensuring access to essential information for better integration and quality of life within the community
