Awareness session on Humn Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV)

Adsumus, in partnership with the Portuguese Society for Health Literacy, GAT Almada – Group of Activists in Treatment and the Egas Moniz School of Health and Science, will host an information session on the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) on 3 March at 6:30 p.m. at the Santo Amaro Cultural and Youth Centre in Laranjeiro.

The initiative aims to promote information, increase health awareness and sensitise the public, contributing to prevention and combating stereotypes associated with the virus.

The programme begins at 2:00 pm with sexually transmitted disease screening, organised by GAT Almada. Later, at 6:30 pm, there will be an awareness session open to the public.
