AD SUMUS participated in the pre-conference “How to promote health equity? Strengthening the construction of inclusive pathways in the Portuguese context”

On September 2nd, AD SUMUS took part in the Pre-Conference on Health Equity, held at the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences of NOVA University Lisbon, at the invitation of the National School of Public Health (ENSP).

It was a privilege to join this space for reflection, where we shared our experience working with the migrant community, emphasizing the importance of building inclusive pathways that ensure fairer and more equitable access to healthcare.

We would like to thank ENSP for the invitation and for its ongoing partnership in promoting health literacy among our beneficiaries, through the various initiatives it regularly organizes in our facilities.

The meeting was further enriched by the contributions of the different participating institutions, in an environment of knowledge exchange and networking, which reinforces the collective commitment to advancing health equity in Portugal.
