Information session on domestic violence in Laranjeiro

Next Wednesday, the 26th, the Cultural and Youth Center of Santo Amaro, in Laranjeiro, will host an important information session on Domestic Violence. This initiative is the result of a partnership with the Women’s Alternative and Response Union (UMAR) and aims to raise awareness and inform the community about this issue.

During the session, participants will have the opportunity to get to know the main aspects of domestic violence, learn to recognize danger signs and discover ways of prevention and support. The action aims to clarify doubts, facilitate understanding of the risks and present protection measures for victims and potential victims.

Domestic violence is a problem that affects thousands of people, regardless of gender or social class. Becoming informed about this issue is fundamental to combating this phenomenon and creating a fairer and safer society.

The session is open to the whole community and admission is free, with no prior registration required.
