Ad Sumus participates in the 3rd Edition of FCT NOVA’s ‘How to Volunteer’ Fair

On 4 November, Ad Sumus – Almada Immigrants Association participated in the 3rd Edition of the Volunteering Fair – How to Volunteer, organisedby the Student Association of the Faculty of Science and Technology of NOVA University Lisbon (AEFCT).

The main objective of the event was to bring together and promote charitable institutionsto the academic community of FCT NOVA, promoting a spiritof social responsibility and encouraging the active involvement of studentsin causes of common interest. Duringthe initiative,

Ad Sumus had the opportunity to showcase its workin supporting the integration of immigrants in the municipality of Almada, as well asits projects and volunteering opportunities.

The association congratulates AEFCT for organising this event, which is an important space for sharing and raising awareness of the importance of volunteering and active citizenship in building a moreinclusive, supportive and participatory society.
