Women, Multiple Roles, and Mental Health

On Saturday, October 18, at 10:00 AM, at Casa Amarela (Centro Cultural e Juvenil de Santo Amaro), AD SUMUS, in partnership with the Association for Health and Solidarity of the Cape Verdean Diaspora, will host a discussion on the impact of women’s multiple roles on mental health and well-being.

The aim of this initiative is to highlight the importance of mental health, which currently plays a central role and should be spoken about, valued, and cared for responsibly by everyone.

This event is free and open to the entire community.
