Partnership between AD SUMUS and ASSDCV Strengthens Health Literacy

On August 29, we held another health-focused session, this time on the topic “Sexual Health – Individual and Intransmissible Autonomy.”

It was an enriching gathering of sharing, reflection, and interactive activities, which allowed us to explore topics essential to women’s well-being, highlighting the importance of self-respect and respect for others, as well as adopting practices and habits that promote a healthier and more balanced daily routine.

The session took place in the space kindly provided by the Junta de Freguesia do Laranjeiro, which has continuously supported the organization of these actions.

The AD SUMUS extends a special thanks to Cabo Verdean Diaspora Health and Solidarity Association (ASSDCV), and the professionals involved, who, with dedication and commitment, offer their time and knowledge to promote health literacy, contributing to an increasingly informed, aware, and empowered community.
