Migrant Community and Access to Maternal and Child Health in the SNS

Last Saturday, the 27th, at the Maria Lamas Library in Monte de Caparica, an event took place that went far beyond a simple learning session.

The meeting provided a space for cultural sharing, with authentic flavors from Cape Verde, as well as the exchange of life stories and reflections on the challenges faced in accessing maternal and child health services within the National Health Service (SNS).

More than just an information session, this initiative, organized by the Cape Verdean Diaspora Health and Solidarity Association (ASSDCV), represented a true moment of motivation and solidarity among women, contributing to better integration of the migrant community.
